We sourced this 3-bedroom cottage for one of our investors. 

We project managed the refurb, turning the property into a 4-bedroom all ensuite HMO.

Monika dressed the property and now we manage the lettings. It is, to date, our favourite project.

The theme is creativity, we explored bold colours and funky murals. 

All our efforts resulted in attracting tenants of great calibre.
