We managed to turn the 2 bedroom flat into an all ensuite 3 bedroom HMO. We tried a more funky design such as diagonal painted lines, bolder colours and cool furniture, which worked out great. It was also our first deal where we used investor funds. They made a super nice return and reinvested with us.
