This was a property we picked up after a lot of research.

We saw a lack of supply, but potentially a good demand in this small town close to where we live. 

Recently being connected with a guided bus path connecting Leigh and Manchester, the final fundamental piece fell into place.  

It was a 3-bedroom Victorian house, which we managed to turn into a 5-bedroom all ensuite double bedroom HMO.
