This property was derelict! No kitchen, no bathroom and damp all over the place. BUT, in a great location and we were able to pick it up for a bargain. Having to go back to the brick on the ground floor, installing steel to make it an open-plan kitchen-diner and installing an ensuite in the attic room, gave us plenty of opportunities to learn. 

Spending under 40k on the refurb and now renting it out per individual room, makes this a very profitable asset for us. The cherry on the cake, was when it received a Bricks & Mortar Valuation. This allowed us to pull all our invested funds back out.
